This is a super company to deal with. Most importantly, they did a brilliant job of renovating my old sash windows so that they now work beautifully. Additionally, all the people I dealt with were polite and friendly, treated my property with respect, turned up when they said they would and just made the project really easy, for which I'm very grateful. I can thoroughly recommend them.
Work undertaken: Replace three rotten sash window sills in a Grade II listed property, renovate frames and improve draught proofing. From the initial contact, survey and quotation through to the completion of the job all personnel have been friendly, responsive and professional. A very straightforward hassle free experience. Josh refurbished our 15 year old sash window, which was partly rotten and made a terrible noise whenever it was really windy. He worked really hard, kept us informed with problems encountered, and suggested good workarounds. He was a lovely guy who did a great job and we're really pleased with the end result.
