Absolutely useless. Arranged a job on two occasions and failed to turn up both times, with zero communication.
Perry and the team did a great job refurbishing our original Georgian sash windows. They clearly know their stuff with sash windows and was tidy, punctual and highly reliable. I can highly recommend them if you need any sash window repairs or replacement.
