I called regarding a broken window lock/handle. I was asked to send photos of the lock so an accurate assessment could be made and then I was given a quote; I was told somebody would be able to come and fix it the following afternoon if I wanted to proceed. Two gentlemen turned up who were friendly, courteous and efficient. They did a fantastic job and left the window not only working perfectly but everything was clean and tidy - you wouldn’t even know they had been.
