I called SAS Energy to book in a service but they were inundated with bookings until December. James Mitchell could not have been more helpful - he offered to talk me through a check of the system via FaceTime and we were able to resolve any issues there and then, saving me time and money on a call out charge. Amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend the company to others.

I contacted SAS-Energy as I had a problem with my SolarEdge system. Two other Solar outfits promised to help but didn't come up with the goods. After over 18 months of failed attempts to sort SAS-Energy resolved my problem in less than two weeks. My contact at SAS-Energy was most helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. SAS-Energy will be my first port of call if I have issues in the future

The extreme weather caused by storm Eunice had caused me some concerns about my solar PV panels on a flat roof. I phoned SAS energy and left a message. They returned my call within the hour and within 2 hours they were onsite. The took care and attention through my house and within another 2 hours had resolved all my issues. Truly exceptional client service!

Prompt responses from point of initial enquiry, through fault finding & replacing the inverter on our system I definitely recommend SAS Energy. Their team got our system back on line quickly. I would also take this opportunity to commend their engineer for arriving on time at each visit, a very refreshing change compared to some other trades.
