Excellent overall service, combining expert medical attention, very good nursing staff and modern facilities. Very happy with the whole treatment process and successful results. Clearly a procedure with some inevitable risks hence some natural anxiety beforehand. However there are clear and definite risks from doing nothing and accepting degradation of one's sight. I thoroughly recommend Sarum Vision for cataract treatment.
My experience was positive. Mr Wakefield very informative and professional. Nurse Julie friendly, supportive and efficient. Only negative was the one size fits all eye guards affixed with white tape. Uncomfortable, looked terrible, painful to remove. Surely for the price charged for a private patient there is something better on the market. Otherwise delighted with the outcome of the cataract and sight correction procedure. Thank you
I received a friendly welcome from Katie the first minute I walked into the clinic for my appointment which set the tone for my experience, a great relief as I was nervous about my cataract surgery. From the moment of my first enquiry I was made to feel welcome by the receptionist who not only provided me with an appointment within four days but a provisional date for my operation less than three weeks away! On the day of my consultation, once again I felt welcome and offered tea or coffee before a nurse did my eye examinations, and they were done simply with full explanation. I have recently had cataract surgery at Sarum Vision and cannot speak highly enough of the service and care I received. The procedure was hassle and trouble-free.
