Bought two arrangements to be delivered for my mums birthday was charged extra for the delivery as it was just out of the area which I didn’t mind as I have used the florist many times over the years. Unfortunately this time I paid £50 for dead flowers as one of the bunches was literally made up of dead brown flowers absolutely disgusting any florist who believes that the look of those flowers were acceptable should not be in the industry I emailed with pictures and got no response I tried calling and no answer seems they do... read more
