Just completed 4 sessions with Sarah . I have a peaceful life, but due to childhood trauma , I suffered from overwhelming fear and anxiety which affected all aspects of my life . I went to see Sarah to try to quit vaping, which I had been doing for more than 15 years. I have to say that I was a bit sceptical at first but have managed to quit absolutely fine with no problems and have never looked back. I would highly recommend.
I have suffered from travel sickness since a young age. I can't count how many journeys have been ruined by this over the years. I finally resorted to medication but I felt disappointed in myself that I had to rely on this for any long journey. After one session with Sarah I have not experienced a single incident of travel sickness.
