Joy of flowers more like doom of flowers, so so rude on the phone, so rude in fact I cancelled my order straight away and will take my business elsewhere. If you’re wanting flowers delivered at a sensitive time, go somewhere else!

Ordered the wedding boquete and the buttonholes for our wedding day from Sarah-Jane. They have arrived on the day very fresh and on time as agreed. The bouquet lasted the day, the boquete throw and has been in water for almost a week after, still looking great. We also ordered some flower arrangement for the church which was delivered and the beautiful arrangement were so much more than we imagined for the price agreed. Sarah was very great at answering questions and suggestions for the arrangements

Absolutely perfect sprays and posy for my wife's Mum's funeral. We wanted something natural looking and not formal and that is exactly what we got. Spot on.

I have been seved by the same lady in this shop twice and found her very rude and dismissive, found out this time she is the owner, i had lost a family member and left the shop feeling very upset after the way she spoke to me, will never go to this florists again
