Dr.Gordon was professional, friendly , and took the time to listen . The staff is friendly and helpful .
I never have to wait very long once I arrive for an appointment and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely love that I can bring any pair of glasses, whether purchased there or not, to be cleaned and/or adjusted. On my most recent visit, I was having pain caused by severe dry eye. Dr. Gordon started me on a regimine of dops and ointments and gave me her cell number in case I had any problems. My husband went for his first office visit with Dr Sarah. She and her staff were very professional but also made him very comfortable in their care. She is very knowledgeable and detailed. Explains everything. Our best experience ever. Would recommend her to everyone.

I usually don’t do well going to any dr with my bad nerves but she was so easy to deal with and made me feel like I was at home, very thorough explained everything as she went and has great bedside manners. Love Dr Gordon! If I have an issue all I have to do is call for help. She gives a very thorough eye exam and always explains her findings. Her staff is also fantastic Megan was so helpful. She has even ordered a couple of “red” frames for me. I can’t wait. Thank you Dr Gordon and staff for your excellent service.
