Called sapphire security out for my house alarm not working. Came out the next day and fixed the fault and serviced the system. Very friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend.
Used this conpany twice now (one domestic, one commercial) and impeccable both times. Faultless engineers and Faultless customer service. Very highly reccomend sapphire security. Wish all companies were like this one.
Amazing company fantastic staff so helpful
Lightning strike on house, thought alarm completely finished. Called Sapphire this morning, engineer came this afternoon, fixed the alarm, serviced, new battery, engineer really super courteous and helpful. 12 month maintenance warranty to boot!! All less than £100. Absolutely first class in every way
