The agency did nothing about complaints that were most definitely health hazards, gave us rooms nastily dirty from previous tenants. Left us with a racist and mysoginistic flatmate that continuously attacked us, tampered with our food, belongings, stole from us and definitely committed other criminal activity against us in the flat. The only help we received was getting deposits back in full as 'compensation' for the inconvenience caused by said flatmate (given we fixed and cleaned the apartment from our own pockets...) and ... read more
Really good agency - respond very quickly. Had loads of terrible experiences with agencies in past (part and parcel of East London housing crisis) but have been great - knocking off a star as got wrong room key when moved in though (but an honest mistake). Would recommend.
Bad, unreliable , expensive!!! Avoid!!
