I had a really positive experience with sapphire homes.They are always quick to respond to emails.
Horrid to work with when you get a problem. They are fine at taking your money. Never their fault Stay away from these lot. . Don't think your reply is correct. Your were looking after one of our houses and let the place become a s/ hole and to top it off ripped us off with the deposit. Get your facts right please
The lady with glasses thats working at your shop had no manners.She speaked rude with us.We really wanted to buy a house but she put a bad example.She didnt say how many room we want.We was the ones who had to ask.So we decied to leave and go to another shop.And let me say they was much better.They was the first to ask how much rooms.Which set a good example.

absolutely ignorant agency. Cant reach out when there's an issue in a flat. It's been 3 month since we moved in. Still unable to get help/sort the flat out, although we're paying not a cheap rent. BE AWARE: It may seem very easy to work with agency, until you sign the tenancy agreement.
