I've recently sold a house through Sapphire Homes. I've actually bought the house through them a few years ago and I've used them as a Letting Agent during that time. Both as Estate Agents and Letting Agents they were always professional, communication was always good and prompt. They looked after the property and the tenants very well. They know the local market and can give priceless advice. I would happily recommend Sapphire Homes to anyone wanting to use an Estate or Letting Agent in the Wigan and Leigh area.
Really underwhelmed with this agency. I understand the need for professionalism and business like however Everything is really formal without any personal touch. The owner Daniel Bristow sent me an email confirming my viewing and said would be interested in hearing my views on the property...never called! And I would have appreciated this as i had one or 2 queries/concerns. As for the viewing ('conducted') by Harry, was really underwhelming! He is a man of few words Harry!
