Was served by a young cocky arrogant man with short dark hair and a short beard by the name of Robert. Didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to know what to do. Never offered another member of staff to help out. Gave me a number to ring, didn’t even offer to call the number himself. Couldn’t have cared less. This guy seriously needs to learn some customer care skills.
