Buen banco y buena atención.
I used to like Santander bank until I was scammed this year. The scammers took out a lot of money out my debit account. I contacted fraud and they did put it back in but they didn't tell me that money was taken back out again saying I approved those transactions and to close the case which I didn't do. I was to constantly always on the phone with Santander and fraud about claims and all that and trying to get my money back. But they never gave me call backs. Rubbish cant provide a printout of my own savings. Told me in post and here we are 7 days later with no post.
Worst customer service. Tried to deposit money in a ATM which got jammed went to tell staff member who was standing at the exit with door fully open and she refused to help. Had an appointment before that I tried ringing to cancel and they don’t even pick up the phone
