Not as good as it used to be. I have banked with Santander for 17 years, it used to open at 9am and close at 5pm. Now at 9am they are hoovering the carpet, and it doesn't open until 9:30 ,wasn't keen on online banking due to hackers. Was advised to opt for this as it would be more convenient than visiting my local branch everytime I need to make a withdrawal, as they close at 3pm now. The ATMs inside spit your so many of your notes back out, so you have to go to a cashier anyway. It was more convenient the old way.
2nd time in the bank this morning 1 teller on can't pay in the cash machine bank manager remember it's customer service business
