Many thanks to Josh for excellent service earlier this week. Really helpful and friendly. Much less bother than trying to use the AI system to renew monthly savers. Visited Waterlooville branch Tuesday 28th June Was attended by the front counter assistant: She dealt with my complicated request with Professional and patient manner, And resolved all aspects to a very satisfying conclusion, when thanking her and jokingly saying you need a medal she replied that she had only completed 8 week in the current post A very competent member of your staff
