Excellent counter service.
Terrible Bank! Outside cash point services often not working correctly, opening hours are appalling. Opening times on their Google page are incorrect. Convinced they are purposely making it harder for people to do business with them.
Had to go to the bank to sort out some personal things. I was put with a very nice lady called Vicki. She sorted every thing out for me and nothing was to much for her very helpful.
Shutting at 12:30 on a Saturday when people like me work from 4am - 6pm during the week is absolutely ridiculous. Surely reopening later in the day would be better than just shutting. I really need to use the bank to deposit money and now I'm stuck. Not great.
It's a bank no better or worse than any other bank. As with most banks these day's lack of staff as they prefer you to do online banking as this reduces their wage bill meaning bigger bonuses for the big guys
