Santa Fe did a wonderful job sending out help quickly. We called with a problem and they had Mark Wingren out to us within hours. Mark was very knowlegeable and solved our problem quickly. He was patient and answered all our questions. He even helped us fix another problem that wasn't part of the service call. He was very thorough and double checked that everything was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Santa Fe.
John H. has been fantastic both times he's been out to check out our AC and furnace. He's been great about explaining everything he does as he does it, and what exactly all his notes mean on the service form. When I have called to set up appointments, it's awesome to get an actual person right away-- and so friendly! I highly recommend Santa Fe.

Our whole experience with Santa Fe was good, just nice, knowledgable staff. Our original service person spent a lot of time with my husband looking at our air conditioner and discussed options as it was time to get a new one. He was just genuine. We had NO idea the that new unit we purchased was going to be as big as it was, they installed it as we had asked, however, it was not where we anticipated it. Considering I don't live in your state or anywhere near it I cannot for the life of me understand why you would want facebook to be advertising your product and service on my personal page seems like a waste of advertising money to me but the Liberals at facebook don't mind wasting your money so I guess it's kind of on you thanks for caring though.
