I called to request service and the custom ore service of the woman who took my care was genuinely friendly and helpful. They got a technician out that same day to do repairs. Mike was excellent! Professional and efficient. Will use you all again!!
Ian F. came to do our maintenance check up for fall. He was very courteous, friendly and very professional. He also answered questions with what we thought was a problem with air flow and some vents not working. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain that the vents I thought were "not working" were actually return air vent on the floor. This was the first time in a year that anyone was able to figure this out. He gave me peace of mind knowing that everything was how it should be. He is AWESOME!!!
We are toasty warm tonight thanks to the quick response today to fix our heater! We used them last year as well and recommend them to everyone!
I had a great experience with Nick Oberie and Kyle Perkins. They installed my new American Standard Air Conditioner, and Furnace.and April Aire Humidifier. They did it putting in a long day They were very polite and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with their workmanship. Nick came back the next day and even took care of a vent problem with my water heater at no charge.......Thank you,Thank you, Thank you......I highly recommend Santa Fe for ALL your heating and cooling needs...... I have been lucky to get Dennis every time and I do keep up with regular annual maintenance for both furnace and ac. He is very polite and appears to know what he is doing. He explains what he did and doesn’t try to sell me on things not needed right away. I haven’t felt the need to shop around for many years.

Ian & Nick did a fantastic job installing my AC and furnace today! Not only did they show up EARLY, but they were polite, clean, knowledgeable and prepped/cleaned up the house before and after the service to make sure their was no mess left for me. I thank them so much for getting our house back to cool in this hot summer!
