My wife and I pursued multiple bids earlier this Summer for a new Heater/AC install. Santa Fe was not only less expensive than all others, they were the least pushy and very relaxed in their sales approach. Our satisfaction was extended two days later when the techs completed the install in only a few hours. The unit has been great all Summer and we've been very comfortable despite an extra hot summer outside.!

When I called I told them I thought it needed a new capacitor. Joshua came out on time. I already had the cover off. He did absolutely no work. Said he did not have the part. But for over $400.00 he could rig together parts to make it work. After charging me $79.00 he left without even offering to put the cover back on or giving me a receipt. I went to a Lenexa supply business and picked up the part for $39.00. It took me 10 minutes to fix my A/C. BIG MISTAKE CALLING SANTA FE

Good Morning - When I spoke with John to schedule the appointment, I told him that our trip charge was $79 and if the repairs went over $250 we would waive the trip. Since you didn't use us for the repairs, the trip is all we collected. Of course as DIY'er you can repair for much less that a professional company can. We insurance the part and labor for one year and have all the overhead that can be expected in a service operation. We are glad that you got your ac operational, as it was really hot yesterday!
Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating has been taking care of my heating and cooling needs for years. Today they replaced my entire system and did a wonderful job!! They are friendly, courteous, and genuinely care about their customers! This past week they kept my A/C going with refrigerant until my new system could be installed. I am thankful for their wonderful service!

Mike was excellent! he diagnosed the problem and explained everything. The Sunday receptionist was also very nice, recommended waiting instead of them not having the part and having to pay 2 trip fees. Would recommend!

Exemplary service! Our air conditioning started squealing and grinding so we made an appointment with Santa Fe air who had given us stellar service 6-7 years ago and kept in touch ever since. Dennis came out and assessed the problem quickly. He let me know my options and answered all questions comprehensively and willingly. The AC was fixed and working in a short time and Dennis was friendly and professional the entire time. Our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed our AC in a decent amount of time and fully explained how to properly maintain our system. Will go back for any future maintenance.
