He was on time, very quick finding and fixing the problem.
We got back from Wichita yesterday and our air was not working. Called Santa Fe and they came out almost within the hour. The unit would have cost a lot to repair as it was 10 years old so we were given the options for replacement. Nick O. was here at 8 am promptly and worked very hard installing it. We are older people and I do appreciate the quick service and installation. We have used them before and would recommend them.
My air went off on the hottest day of the summer. 7-21-2017 I called Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating at 7am. They were here before 9am and replaced my AC unit by 3:00 this afternoon. My family has used Santa Fe and we are more than pleased with them. I can't say enough about this company. Once again, thank you Daniel, Jefff, and Nick! Very trust worthy and very polite. Santa Fe Air will take care of any of your air conditioning and heating needs. We had to replace a whole system and John came out and went through what our options were and was so honest. There was no "beating around the bush" service at all. They sent Marco out to install and he was on time and provided service with a smile. Very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining about what was being installed. You can tell he really cared about the work. He definitely satisfied this customer. Everyone we worked with at Santa Fe was courteous and concerned as we dealt with a myriad of issues caused by a lightning hit. Daniel was just great. Quite helpful and patient given that we had an electrician and our garage door guy working in the house at the same time. Quite pleased with the Santa Fe team and heartily recommend them.
