Jesse W was prompt and very professional. He was there for a furnace inspection and answered all my questions.
Had our winter furnace inspection last week. Mark was awesome! He explained a couple small things that need to be fixed, gave me prices, and asked when I would like to have it done. We're all set to finish the job this week as I didn't have time for it last week. I appreciate the great service from Mark and everyone at Santa Fe.

Had a winter inspection on my furnace yesterday. Got to meet a new, to me, technician, Mark. Got the usual excellent service that I've come to expect after years as a Santa Fe Air customer. Over the years they have installed a new furnace and also a new a/c for me and they always do a spring and fall check so I know my equipment is ready for the coming season. I've never had anything but the best of service from anyone with Santa Fe Air, including the friendly office staff. Thanks so much!
Met with Jesse yesterday to inspect are furnace. They installed a new furnace and a/c last year. There price was better for a more energy efficient model than five other companies. Service was great, and bills were lower. Jesse went over the inspection report, and changed the filter. All I can say before you buy check with " Santa Fe "
I would like to thank Jesse for being so helpful and explaining my humidifier to me. No one had ever taken the time to do this and I appreciate his insight. I have been with this company for seventeen years and I'm glad he is part of their team. Thank you Jesse and Santa Fe.
