Jesse came for are winter inspection and found that our furnace was 24 years old and that a new one was needed. He explained everything that he found and gave us some suggestions and a new furnace. They installed this furnace and air conditioner and they always come through when we call. Santa Fe has always been fair and honest. Jesse was very professional and made sure that we understood the issue. Thanks to him and the staff at Santa Fe.

I called Santa Fe air this past evening because our ac was freezing up. Right after we made the call, a technician called us back within 5 minutes. Marco with Santa Fe Air installed a new furnace for us yesterday (Thursday)afternoon. We called on Thursday morning and within 3 hours, Santa Fe Air sent out a technician (Marco) to perform the install. Marco was supposed to have another technician with the help to perform the install and was projected to have it completed in 3 - 4 hours. Returned home mid afternoon Tuesday to hot house. Called SF at 4:30 pm. She said tech could be here 5-7 pm same day. Jesse arrived about 6:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C and fixed on the first try within 30 minutes. Our house was cool enough to sleep by our regular bed time. Quick & accurate service was really appreciated.
John was fantastic. He was efficient courteous and informative. He showed us everything he did and explained why. Best service we have ever had. Would recommend him to anyone
I called at 11:50 am on a day that should be very hot. They were out in less than an hour and fixed it quick! All covered by our warranty, including the trip charge. Glad we chose them when we had it installed 4 years ago!!!
