Mark was great to work with. He explained every step that he would be taking to correct the problem with my A/C along with how much it would cost before he proceeded with the work. Pricing was great and I feel like Mark went above and beyond. He recommended that I get a leak test and more importantly told me I would probably need a new unit in the next couple of years so that I could make the decision on cost effectiveness of repairs if I have other problems. I will be calling them when I do replace the unit.
I am so pleased with Mike C.and the whole Santa Fe staff. Mike has been here several times and is very thorough in his inspections. I feel like he's troubleshooting in his own home because dong a complete and professional job is that important to him. I have added my Dad's home to the Santa Fe family, too. These are good people and do a good job.
Mike C. from Santa Fe Air was great. We were called on the day of the appt. to let us know that he was on his way. Once here, Mike did a great job doing an Air Conditioning check-up for us. He was very thorough and went over everything that he did during the check-up. I would use this company again.

I've had Santa Fe Air come out twice. Once for an inspection, once for an installation. Both times were fantastic experiences. Brad H did a terrific job installing our new whole home humidifier and explaining exactly how to operate and maintain it.
We have used Santa Fe for years, first for maintenance, then to install our new heating and cooling system, and now again for maintenance. The technicians have always been respectful and knowledgeable. Mike C has come out to our house for the last two maintenance appointments and we couldn't be more pleased.
We have really been pleased with the level of service we have been provided. Especially by John H. He’s the best!
