Excellent service
Unhelpful. We’ve booked a viewing for last Thursday, on Thursday we’ve called multiple times to rearrange it to today, was told three times someone would call us back and they never did. We finally got through and were told it’s ok to move to Tuesday and they’ll confirm. Well it’s Tuesday now, no confirmation and no contact from them either. Even if the vendor is being difficult, it would be nice to at least be proactive and let us know. Time wasters and unprofessional.
Really helpful team no matter who you speak too & always happy to answer any questions we had. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Great service, very friendly staff. Always answered any queries in a timely manner. Would confidently recommend them.
