The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with! We had to constantly call/email because the person we needed to speak was conveniently always out! Never called back. If they did call they would not leave a message and would not answer when we tried to return calls. They would then send threatening emails saying they would advise the vendors to put the house back on the market after we had already responded tried to contact them to resolve the query, and we had already paid for surveys and instructed solicitors.
