Picks up about 20% of our garbage leaves garbage debri everywhere that's even if they show up. Sat out there a few times to watch them and I've seen them open up the garbage bins look in them and walk away and not even dumping them when there full of garbage bags. Very rude customer service, I Can't believe I pay for your lazy asses, now i just take it to the dump myself.
Love these guys! The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The drivers are always smiling and courteous. Keep up the great work!
I am home recovering from surgery and can't lift anything. I forgot it was garbage day and had to flag down the driver and ask if he would mind helping me to bring my tote to the curb to be dumped. He was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate his help!! Thank you!!
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am by your customer service. For some reason my recycling wasn't picked up today even though it was in its normal place. New driver perhaps? So I called and within a half hour a very friendly gentleman came and picked it up. I wish all local companies were as focused on service as you!
You don't answer phone calls or emails so I'm going to try this route. Why has my bill doubled from 20.97 to 42.00? My service hasn't changed at all but I've been paying a doubled rate for the past few months. WHAT GIVES?
Whatever happened to the guy on our Southside route, Gene I think his name was? Always smiling, giving a wave and stacking the recycle bins nicely. Not too many people around these days who look like they enjoy their job.......bring him back to our route.......
