I found the crew at SSC and the owner Paul to be very helpful. An issue with the recyclables pickup man appears to be taken care of, in helping the new neighbor here be able to have her recyclables picked up properly. This is important, because it helps alleviate neighbor misunderstandings and discontent, and keeps everything within the proper property boundaries while maintaining the aesthetics of neighborhood cleanliness and order along the narrow lanes that are frequent in the county. I really hate having to play a guessing game with your recycling service. I set out cardboard boxes two weeks in a row and they don't get taken and there is no note, no email, no phone call. I finally track down the truck in my neighborhood and the driver says that he can't take it over a certain size... Next week I cut them up in to small pieces and they take them. Several weeks pass and I put out several bins of cut up boxes from moving and they don't take them. I call the customer service and they say they only take about... read more
