I received help from Maria from SSC. She is friendly, efficient, answered all my questions, easy to understand. Quite frankly: Maria is wonderful.
The garbage company is inconsistent when picking up the garbage, it's like they pick and choose if you're on the wrong week or not. They're unhelpful went you call up with questions. Today they decided not to pick up my garbage, when I called they told me im on the wrong week, even though my neighbor and I put our out on the same days, they forgot hers too. But they came and got hers, when the driver did he sped up and left fast. He should have been careful there are children in this neighborhood.
Very helpful at making my recent event in Bellingham, WA nearly zero-waste (the only thing we needed to throw away were the darn plastic twists on the top of the toothpicks provided by the caterer). What SSC is able to compost is very extensive, making them ideal for large workshop events where disposables are very difficult to avoid. Thank you for all that you're doing to protect the planet. Keep up the great work!

The office staff is friendly and courteous. The drivers get a big thanks for braving wind, rain, snow, ice and missing holidays with families. I also appreciate being able to bring other recyclables to the Roeder site, like plastic film. And for making recycling easy and affordable.
Service and Community is their top priority. Dedicated employees work on schedule throughout all holidays. The Company gives back to the people who support them.
These people scam you go on vacation and have every week pick up not going to be home for a few weeks so not putting out garbage they will still charge you even if you call ahead and say hey I’m out of town can you please at least just credit it toward the next month! The office staff are rude as can be will not work with you horrible customer service! Horrible company we are forced to use!
