The worst company with the worst customer service. They missed the food recycling and strash services for my location and give no information regarding emergency contact number. Now, my property is with trash. O star for poor effort.
I don't get how somebody changed their every other week trash collection weeks back in 2009 while my home was on food plus weeks only for trash, and the neighbors were non food plus weeks only for their trash. I think services like every other week and monthly need to be scheduled by area which means all people on one of those services are the same week. Every other week = food plus weeks only and monthly would mean a number on trash can. 2 = second collection of the month.
Truck 62 (and 61 for that matter) are just so STINKY and SMELLY. It's real nasty. Pls.
I saw truck 62 and 61 and they were so smelly so stinky the stink was unbearable! it was mind boggling that theyd let such stinky smelly trucks terrorize this city?
SSC has a Bellingham trash monopoly and has no recourse on poor service. Make sure your recycling is 100% with not one mismissorted piece of paper or will reject all of it. They did offer me an extra pickup but I will have to make sure I'm a sorting maestro from now on. I deal with this once a year or so.
