I just want to say how impressed I was with our recycle pick up person on Marine Dr. in Bham. The wind storm blew 2 of my bins and all the contents into the ditch. I woke early and noticed that 2 of my bins were not in sight. I went out in the dark and saw everything in the ditch. And a special huge THANK YOU to Bret, #sanitaryservices, who helped me out at Meridian Haggen last night. Always impressed with the service of the drivers. Customer service is good - my preferred method of getting in touch with them is via email vs the phone. Quick response, helpful information and attentive.
missed pickups and customer service does not care. I was told to just put my next weeks trash out next to my can and maybe they will pick up. For a commercial account! do your jobs, un-sanitary non-service!
Needs a competitor to pressure management to improve the "service" part in ssc. It's kinda monopolized in Bellingham.
ON crutches! I signed up for bi-monthly trash pickup and they picked up my compost but NOT my trash! When I called, they accused me that I did not put it out on time??? WTF! It was put out the night before, and my VERY NICE NEIGHBOR came running over from seeing me through her window , to help since I am on crutches. I got nothing but accusations, and disconnected 4 times, and EXCUSES from SSC that the phone was broken, and NO MANAGER was there.... I have NEVER had such poor response from SSC ever! Merry Xmas to you too...!
Dennis picks up our shredding every month and his personality and kindness he shows every time we see him is awesome. He always says hello and has the best funniest jokes to tell every time. We are extremely happy with our service we get from SSC.
