Our Saniflo stopped working. So I called Saniflo Repair Essex to see if they could come to fix it. They asked how old it was and suggested it would need replacing. They came and fixed it which cost £170, but said that really it needed replacing. I called them to give me a price for a replacement (£790) and they were able to offer me a replacement straight away. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service. Fixed the macerator in an en suite bathroom for us and I was really happy with all aspects of the job - will definitely use them again!
