S&A were contacted for a quote to repair leak into top bedroom, area of ingress was found and repaired within a week. They also manged to catch another potential leak that was imminent and repaired it too. Photos and video were all eMailed to me to show the before/during/after. Would definitely use again.

I would like to thank you for the roof repairs your company carried out at my house recently. After I pointed out a problem with a slipped ridge tile, it was impressive that you had two of your slaters there the next morning to assess the roof. After accepting your quote, you had the slaters back on the roof the next day, which was great. I was kept updated with photos of the work being done – it was a neat looking job. With work done to the whole ridge, I now have peace of mind that the roof is in much better condition.

After an initial quote for a high priced repair we were left months chasing as to when work could begin, being continually told we would be called back by the man in charge. Still it was a big job and finally the guys came to work. Within 6 months after, after heavy rainfall the leak started again, we contacted a different company this time who upon inspecting sangster & annand's 'work' stated we had been totally scammed with a patch job and had been way overcharged. Avoid at all costs.

Phoned and phoned and phoned asking for my promised quote , they clearly don’t want my work and have kept me waiting weeks when I could have tried somewhere else , very disappointing
