Terrible customer service. Wanted to over charge me for a oil change. im sure due to im a girl. Well didnt work and they didn’t. Funny thing it got lowered and i said something. They didn’t honor there warranty either one. Manufacturing or extended. Its a 2017 with only 37,000 mikes. Just sad cause i love my subaru. But i will go elsewhere for my oil changes and auto repair.
I have never had a car buying experience like this. No pressure no million emails or calls just a hassle free HONEST relatively pain free experience. Erick Voss has to be the mellowest sales person ever. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I went on my brothers recommendation (he’s the proud owner of 2 outback’s ) I was so glad I did. The price was better then I hoped for. Thank you all so much

Steve Ludwig was a great salesman. Went above and beyond to make my experience here a memorable one. Craig in financing was also very funny and one swell guy. He has a good taste in watches too. Overall, my experience was the best I’ve ever had at anything to do with cars! Thanks so much to the team at Sangera Subaru! Haha, can we get more Sangera led dealerships? Cuz we need a Sangera Dodge, Ford, and so on.
