Ana Navarro has made this my go to Subaru dealer! I didn't purchase my Subaru here, but I have had all my services/repairs done here. Ana has made bringing my car into the dealer a breeze. She always has a loaner ready for me and I get help carrying car seats. Any concern I have had Ana has addressed promptly. She goes above and beyond! John Hoffman is the best! He's courteous, and takes out the time to explain everything to me. He also does not try to take advantage of you by telling you you need something done to your car when actually you don't. So far he's been very honest and upfront with me and I truly appreciate that. I hope that I will continue to have great service at Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield. Only complaint I have is they no longer do courtesy car washes on Fridays. Sangera has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with on MULTIPLE accounts. I will never return there. This is the first place I have ever filled out paper work, ran my credit, drove the car and THEN decided not to buy from them. It's not the cars it's the service. Absolutely terrible sales manager. They refuse to work with you, but man do they make it look like they are. If you want a cheaper payment they'll give you a lower payment but they're taking that money right off of your trade in.
