I first contacted Sangera Subaru via the internet and they put me in contact with Brandon Row. He contacted me and answered my questions and we set up an appointment, He was very friendly and knowledgeable, we took the car out for a test drive and then he helped us get the vehicle we wanted. It was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Brandon and Sangera Subaru are awesome.

I purchased a Crosstrek from here in 2013. The car had so many problems and the service personnel were so horrible to deal with I sold the car in 2014. To this day I cannot get this dealership to stop calling, emailing and mailing me flyers about service dates and deals for a car I no longer own. I have unsubscribed, sent emails to the senders and repeatedly called the dealership. If you want to buy Subaru, do yourself a favor and buy it somewhere else.

Horrible, condescending service experience. Our 2013 Outback is burning oil, and the dealership is too busy playing games to properly address the problem. A simple oil consumption test has turned into somewhat of a cluster #*%+. The factory service center arranged for the procedure to be performed at our earliest convenience, and somehow the service advisor my wife was forced to deal with, turned the experience into a lesson in how not to treat customers.
