Accessing this service has become so difficult; it is deplorable. Online bookings do not work, and appointments are frustratingly difficult to obtain. Staff seem not to listen, and patients' concerns are ignored, severely compromising the purpose of treating and halting the spread of STIs.
I truly can’t thank the wonderful nurse consultant Lesley and nurse Toni who after 5 visits today managed to do my smear and coil removal . Sadly I suffer from vasculitis which attacks all tender areas and is extremely painful and makes this procedure difficult for them to perform but due to their kindness patience chat success was achieved today and coil removed and smear done . lovely staff, really helpful having evening appointments that are after 5pm. definitely recommend
