Family of 5 turned up to a rented property on a Saturday to find only cold water available. Attempted to call several numbers that were left in the welcome pack on the dining room table, no answer, all went to voicemail After days of attempted calls, and excuses like 'we were closed on sunday' plumber was eventually sent late on MONDAY. Not impressed, rented Sea Shanty House from Sandown Properties, this is 2nd time we have rented a property from them that the house description just wasn’t good enough. Also house had lots of issues, toilet not working, shower head not fixed, light bulbs out, shower door fell off. Some things got fixed over a period of 3 days, not ideal when only away for a week. Very poor communication following us renting a property from them for a short break. They did not reply to my emails which I found unprofessional and rude. Would not book a property or do business with them again based on this experience.
