Upon arrival, I encountered the following issues: - The room was not properly cleaned. - The bin was not emptied. - The overall room management was poor, and it lacked basic upkeep and care. -no toilet roll -no bed cover, pillow cover ,blanket cover These issues not only disrupted our stay but also diminished the overall holiday experience. Cleanliness and comfort are fundamental aspects of customer satisfaction, and I feel this property fell far short of that standard.
