Bought a Mini from Sandiforths and got what we thought was a good deal. But, unfortunately, we had to have the car serviced ourselves after about two months of purchasing and it's a good thing we did. As soon as my mechanic got it up on the ramps he noticed straight away that someone had messed about with the All wheel drive system and with me not be mechanically inclined he basically told me it was a bodge job and the all wheeldrive system wasnt working. We couldn’t ask for better members of staff at Sandiforths they have gone above and beyond with their level of service with a BMW we bought of them a few months back! Could not recommend these guys enough
I will be another adding to the 5* reviews. Popped in without an appointment but was welcomed anyway to have a look at the cars. Found one that I really liked but had reservations as the car was older than I was looking for, but had everything else I was looking for. At no point was there any pressure to buy. I went to look at the car 3 times before making the decision to buy. I was able to test drive even though I wasn't 100% sure at that point if I was happy with the cars age. Very good customer service. I had a couple of problems with my car they got it straight in and sorted it. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.
