ONLY FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON GLASS I was very happy with the work carried out by Stanford Warm Roofs as the company was called when they built my sunroom in 2016 and gave them five star glowing review. Sadly now after six years the glass has broken down and misted up. I had found before the after sales service was non existent with unanswered calls and messages. Very disappointed with Sandford Sunrooms. They failed to provide a quote as promised after visiting my home and when I called to follow up on the status there was no answer and then no call back after leaving a message weeks later. Not sure I would want to do business with an organisation that can't do the basics of common courtesy & professionalism.
After having a leaky, glass roof on our conservatory for many years we decided on a Warm Roof with Sandford earlier this year. It was important to us to use a family business near to where we live as we know that personal customer service offered by local smaller businesses is always better than using a large corporate company. Very pleased with my Sandford Sunroom, the quality is good, the work carried out quickly by a very competent team. The team worked constantly from start to finish never missing a day. They left the site clean and tidy after each day. Can not fault the standard of work. Would highly recommend anyone to use this company, you will not be disappointed.
