As far as sales we have had good experiences but service is horrible! We bought a brand new car last year and have to replace the tires this year. Hankook is the only one trying to do the right thing by giving us a credit towards new tires.... the service department at Sanders Ford is actually taking money from our credit, per tire, though they should be offering something as well as Hankook, which they are not. RecommendedVery good experience dealing with Sean, Matt and the Sanders Ford team, they gave me a fair deal from the start and worked hard to make it come together. Third F250 I have purchased from them.
Terrible service experience. It took over 5 days just for my vehicle to get looked at. This was after I called Ford corporate customer service after getting nowhere by communicating with Sanders directly on daily basis. It took almost two weeks to get my vehicle repaired. After all that time they couldn't even properly diagnose my vehicle for one of the issues it was having and gave little to no explanation.
Excellent dealership who knows how to treat their customers right!
Sanders Ford was the most pleasant purchase for the vehicle I choose as well as they have an AWESOME Service Department. Highly recommended!
Recently bought a new F-150. Randy was great. The car buying experience was fast and easy.
I have been disappointed in Ford as a product but mainly due to quality issues that Ford Motor Company is very aware of but chooses to continue to manufacture without correcting the problems. I haven't used the service department at Sanders for any major mechanical issues but on the regular maintenance service they have done a good job and I do continually return to Sanders for service.
