I just purchased a Ford Escape Titanium and cannot rave enough about my experience. From the time we walked in the door, the entire staff was so helpful and welcoming! Was scheduled an oil and fuel filter change and alignment at 820am. Was there until almost 2 before my truck got touched. Then had the alignment done. Was quoted $149 for the oil and filters and $79 for the alignment. Some how my bill came out to over $600. Was not happy. They also “filled” my DEF but i dont even have a def tank due to being deleted removed the def system but still got charged some how for it. I don’t think I’ll be returning my truck back there again. The people at Sanders Ford were the best to work with as I bought my car. Michael Peterson took all the time with me I needed to answer any questions I could think of about the car. It was a great experience with a great dealer.
They are always have taken care of my husband and I. Any car problems are address in a timely manner if it can't be taken care of that day, they make sure I get in the next day. My questions always get answered. If I need a rental they help me get one.
