RecommendedWe recently purchased a new F-150 from Sanders Ford. The experience has been one of the best ever w/re to buying a new vehicle. The entire staff (to incl Mat Jr/Mat III) were great. Super smooth evolution from the time we walked onto the lot until signing the final paperwork. We only have a couple hundred miles on the truck, but it is performing flawlessly! I have a 2016 Fiesta and get it serviced at Sanders Ford on a regular basis. We are always in and out on time and are treated very professionally by the staff. I could not be more happier with the service that we receive from Sanders Ford. would recommend them to everyone.
If I could give a zero I would. We have been waiting over a year to have parts available to replace our Takata air bag. The part became available and we were notified by Ford. We called Sanders to set an appointment and were scheduled for a week out. We took the vehicle in and was called shortly after to be told the parts had to be ordered. They won’t be in for a couple of weeks. What a complete waste of time.
