I have always been a Ford guy but after my many bad experiences with Sanders Ford I will never buy another Ford and will recommend the same to family and friends. The service department needs a complete overhaul. The time it takes to get your vehicle repaired is ridiculous, the service staff are not helpful and don’t provide updates as needed, the diagnosis and repair is not thorough and almost always has to returned because the problem has not been corrected.
