went there today looking at trucks and left there as soon as possible. we actually left the place almost running. never coming back.

Carried my vehicle in for a key to get cut to turn the my key off $171 later I had a new key no problem but somehow the new key messed up my automatic start returned vehicle for them to fix what THEY messed up could have at least told me can’t be fixed bc it was a aftermarket auto start but they charged me again for their screw up NEVER again will they service any ford of mine!!!!

I had an excellent, non-pressured buying experience when I purchased my C-Max from Sanders Ford. Since then, I have had it services twice, which was routine maintenance. They have been prompt with my appointment time, very friendly and helpful, and I felt very fair and honest. I have complete confidence in Sanders Ford and am so glad they are convenient to me. Also, I usually don't do reviews, but felt it was time to share.
Brought in my F-150 Tuscany with the sunroof stuck open 15 prior to closing on New Years Eve. Al, from the service dept came out and took care of everything and kept it safe from damage, then kept me up to date on repair progress. Al returned the truck fixed and cleaner (it was detailed) than I dropped it off! Thanks for everyone’s good hard work.
Yes I do go to other mechanics that cost less. But when they have not been able to fix the problem, FORD has always come through. I have 2 vehicles. A 2001 Ford Taurus Station Wagon which I absolutely love and I recently purchased a used 2005 MAZDA B3000 Truck. My service representative is Tiffany O'Neal. She phones and even text me to keep me informed and if I have question and if available, she gets the actual mechanic to come speak to me.
