I took my brand new Ford focus 2018 into their service center got a rental a few months ago . Took it back a second time and they were supposedly unable to give me a rental. Didnt have my car back for three weeks and still didnt give me a rental car. My wife and I had to keep calling to get updates because on the day they said it would be done we wouldnt get a call.
