After several conflicting calls about the availability of my airbag and the “no appointment, yes you have an appointment “, my air air bag was installed. Staff were all professional, friendly and more than willing to assist me. The service area was clean and uncluttered. Submitting my MKX and retrieving it were speedy. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will certainly use Sanders Ford service department.
Purchased and serviced my new Ford at Sanders. Buying experience was surprisingly painless and services continue to empress with prompt times, direct to the point service advice with no fluff. Every member of the Sanders team that I have made contact with, has been respectful and friendly. Positive experience thus far.
