Be warned when buying a Ford, I’ve always been a Ford guy myself so this kills me.I now have a F150 that downshifts randomly into first gear regardless how fast I am going. The safety recall did not fix the downshift problem for the trucks with the EcoBoost engines. I was told there is absolutely nothing that Ford Motor Company or Sanders could do to resolve the issue. Apparently they are working on another recall to fix the issue. Until that time I was basically told to drive at my own risk or trade it in for a new one... N... read more

The hole process/dealer was a joke. We have bought several vehicles and never delt with anything like we did with this one and the way they treat the young service members that have no clue is ridiculous . They said the vehicle we bought had been threw a huge check list to make sure everything was good. Routine checks this weekend found the spare tire had 8 lbs of air in it ha some inspection. They took it back while doing paper work to clean it and they did nothing more then throw a courtesy paper on the floor mat a pretend... read more
