Have bought over 3 vehicles from these guys, and they are the best!! Find Brandon, he will get you an awesome deal on your choice of car, the Service Dept is spectacular, Al and BJ, and all the others that I don't know their names. AND the Courtesy Van Drivers are top notch!!
I took my truck in to get the transmission inspected under warranty the Master Tech said there was nothing wrong with it, so I pulled the dipstick and said smell this it's burnt, he said it's fine even though the fluid in the transmission was nearly black, the warranty expired one month after that. The shuttering got worse and worse I haven't even put 2000 miles on the truck since then because of how bad the transmission shutters, and how bad Sanders Ford screwed me over. I just picked up a 2017 Ford F250 4x4 crew cab Lariat with 10,000 mi. I enquirer about it on Friday spoke to Matt Raymond nicest person you’ll ever talk to, he got me financed and had it delivered to my home in Ft. Lauderdale Fl.11:00 am Saturday morning filled with fuel and clean, amazing dealership, incredibly honest, knowledgeable and friendly staff, if you or anyone you know is in the market for a new or used ford I highly recommend Sanders Ford ����� +++
JB in the service department went above and beyond to help me with my problem on the 2015 Ford F150. He even used his personal cell for text message traffic to keep in touch. Thus far the best experience I have had with the service department, and they have always done well. Keep it up JB. You knocked it out of the park.
I just recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Sanders Ford. It was kinda a long story but my reasoning for this is because I was so frustrated with the Chevy dealer across town who I have bought several trucks from. The very interested thing with Ford Sanders is that they are very receptive to commercial remarks. Means, when they need to improve, they improve. It is permanently the case. I love my Sanders Ford services. If you ask me if I trust, Yes 100%.
Sanders Ford of Jacksonville is horrible. My dad had an appt at 730am for an issue with his vehicle. Several hours later his vehicle had still not been looked at. When asked what was going on the receptionist said the technician was on lunch. ok but lunch since 730am? Ridiculous and rude. I will make sure to let anyone know looking for a vehicle to not go there. They do not adhere to customers.
